Scope of Work

  • Operation - Ensure the system is in good condition and to provide uninterrupted electricity supply to consumers.
  • Maintenance - Carry out the routine on-site inspection and preventive & predictive maintenance including visual inspection, functionality, profiling data (event) for Inverter System, Battery System, Solar PV System, Diesel Generator System.
  • Troubleshooting - Response time within 24 hours. Deploying technical team to inspect and troubleshoot faults upon receiving any breakdown report.
  • Spareparts - TNBES shall keep an inventory of critical and most frequently used spare parts. Other spares shall be purchased as and when required.
