Requirement

  • Warganegara Malaysia.
  • Berkebolehan menggunakan aplikasi komputer seperti Microsoft Office dan mempunyai komputer riba sendiri.
  • Mempunyai skil komunikasi yang baik, berinisiatif tinggi dan komited, kerja berpasukan dan fleksible sekiranya perlu kerja lebih masa dan kerja luar / outstation.
  • Keperluan untuk tempoh 6 bulan.
  • Komited dan bersedia untuk ditempatkan di negeri-negeri seperti Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang, Johor, Perak, dan Selangor.

Job Responsibility

  • Mengumpul, memproses dan memantau data.
  • Semakan dokumen tuntutan dengan menepati kriteria-kriteria yang ditetapkan.
  • Mengemaskini perubahan dokumen dan menyediakan laporan.
  • Penyediaan dokumen untuk urusan tuntutan kepada pihak berkuasa.
  • Membantu quality check untuk Laporan Kerja Siap untuk projek yang terlibat.
 

Academic Qualifications

  • Memiliki sijil Diploma daripada institut pengajian tinggi yang diiktiraf.
  • Memiliki sijil SPM.

Job Description

Requirement

  • Duration of placement : 3 months or 6 months
  • Starting placement from October 2025 onwards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Sheets preferable.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in preparing information and research materials for task given
  • Assist in managing databases and input information, data, and records
  • Assist executives or managers in relevant task and ad-hoc assignments
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organization of files, documents etc. and other coordination duties

Academic Qualifications

  • Non Technical : Bachelor of Business Administration/Human Resources/Finance/Logistic/Marketing
  • Technical : Bachelor of Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical
  • or any relevant background from Recognized Universities
